• THE NEW AMERICAN HOME 2018

    Modern Tuscan: Designed for today with tomorrow’s technology.

    The New American Home® 2018 is a stunning display of building innovation that skillfully blends traditional and modern architecture to create a transitional design. Located in the Bella Collina golf community on the outskirts of Orlando, this modern “Tuscan” style home will feature a floor plan with two levels, each designed to have a unique identity. The design-build team from Legacy Custom Built Homes is using a variety of earthy textures to create a sophisticated comfort for everyday living.

    Registered 2018 IBS and KBIS attendees can tour The New American Home and The New American Remodel daily during show hours via complimentary shuttle buses departing every 30 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center.

    Tickets are required to board the shuttle buses and are handed out for specific shuttle bus departure times on a first-come first-served basis on the day you want to tour the homes. They will run out quickly so we strongly encourage you to visit the ticket kiosk booth as early as you can for the best chance of getting tickets.

    Buses depart every 30 minutes from the porte cochere outside the  Westwood Lobby located in the back of the West Concourse beginning at 8:00 AM, with the last bus departing at 3:00 PM each show day.

    An official unveiling of the home will take place during the 2018 International Builders’ Show®, January 9-11.

Progess Update

Highlights as of mid-October:

  • Insulation was was inspected and second-floor drywall installation will soon be underway.
  • Cabinets have been delivered, along with appliances from Thermador and Emser Tile.
  • Tile installation began in the great room, while installation recently wrapped up in the game room and master bedroom.
